Stay Grounded

"In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity." — Albert Einstein

You must stand firm, calling upon patience and grace, as forces will push and pull you with great intensity. In these moments, it is essential to remain grounded. People may unintentionally (or purposefully) lash out at you, tempting you to react. Remain grounded. Remind yourself of what is in your control and avoid becoming entangled in matters that do not concern you.

It often seems that society thrives on the urge to immerse themselves in conflicts that do not belong to them, fueling outrage and extreme emotional reactions that feel foreign to you. Instead, respond calmly and appropriately, maintaining an even demeanor—like a ship that sails steadily, unbothered by the storms around it.

There will be a time for an intense response, and because you stand firm and remain calm, you can assess a situation and decide when that aggressive response is warranted.

Always ground yourself in the truth.
