Recovery

Recover with the same focus and effort you put into your work. Do not be lazy in this task or dismiss it as unimportant. Without recovery, you burn out and fail to reap the full rewards of your hard work. Injury, illness, and mental fatigue will overtake you if you fail to recover well. Put into practice a method that allows your mind and body to disconnect in a way that prepares you for your next push. Do not avoid this. Make it a priority to deliberately, intentionally, and consistently practice recovery. Experiment with new techniques and maintain an openness to unexpected, unexplored benefits.
