Grace Over Judgment

"Assumptions are the termites of relationships." — Henry Winkler

Be generous with your assumptions rather than quick to judge. It is often better to assume someone didn’t know, made an honest mistake, or didn’t intend any harm; this mindset calms rough waters and diffuses potential resentment.

Instead of getting angry or harboring bitterness, assume goodwill and extend grace. Observing others with a spirit of love allows them the opportunity to improve, encouraging positive change over negative assumptions. Replacing judgments with understanding allows space for acceptance and growth while avoiding the weight of unrealistic expectations.
