AGENCY

I always have a choice. Hope is never absent, no matter the circumstance. Even in the most difficult and oppressive situations, there are infinite pathways available to me. While external conditions may limit my freedom of action, nothing can rob me of my freedom to choose my response.

I transcend my circumstances and maintain full control over my life. I do what I choose to do, always aligning my actions with my values. I create the space between stimulus and response, and within that space lies my power. I own this space and accept full responsibility for my actions.

I am never helpless, even in adversity. I always have the ability to change my life at any moment.
