Yearning vs. Happiness: The Paradox Unveiled

Can yearning and happiness coexist? The answer is no. Happiness, by its very nature, is devoid of yearning. It is a state of contentment where desires are fulfilled, and there is no longing for something more.

Beware of conditional happiness. This deceptive notion suggests that happiness is contingent upon certain conditions being met. It whispers that you can only be happy if or when a particular circumstance aligns with your desires. But this is a fallacy.

Happiness is a choice, independent of external conditions. Regardless of the circumstances, you have the power to choose happiness. It is within your control, waiting to be embraced in every moment.

Reject the notion of conditional happiness. Instead, choose to be happy unconditionally. Embrace the present moment and find contentment in the here and now, free from the shackles of yearning.

True happiness lies not in the fulfillment of desires, but in the acceptance of what is, and the appreciation of life's simple joys.
