Unfolding Narrative
To judge a story after reading only one page or even one chapter is ignorant. Just as it is ignorant to judge life (or yourself) with the passing of one season. Society, too, has fallen into this ignorance, judging humanity without reading the entire story. The author of a book, the author of our lives, the universe, and mankind does not reveal the ending prematurely. Character development, plot development, and subplots all take time to unpack and weave together to tell a truly great story.
Do not judge too soon. Allow the great author to reveal this story in his time. Focus on playing your role and portraying your character each day. This requires little of you: simply become fully present and be true to your authentic self. Skipping ahead is impossible and would only spoil the journey. Maintain curiosity and trust with great hope and anticipation that this grand story’s ending will be revealed to you at just the right time.
