Positive Nightly Reflections

It is best to remind yourself each night of the positive impact and progress you’ve made. Of course, take note of areas where you’ve fallen short and how you will do better. However, dwelling on the deficiencies of the day leads to poor sleep and often waking the next day with a negative attitude. Focusing your final thoughts each day on the wins and successes frees your subconscious from getting entangled in unhealthy patterns. What needs improvement? What will you do differently? What worked really well? What are you thankful for? Then, rest your eyes and your mind so you can attack the morning and continue to progress and grow.
