In the movie Rocky, Mick screams loudly at Rocky, “What are you waiting for?” Your time to act is now! Soon, inevitably, you will be out of time. You must move with urgency, knowing that your time is limited and running out. The grains of sand are emptying into the bottom of the hourglass, and as the author says in an earlier verse of chapter 9, life is fleeting.
