INNER RAGE

“Controlled anger leads to strength. Uncontrolled anger leads to regret.” – Unknown

Frustration and irritation will send out their messengers. They will call out to the rage lying deep within you, trying to wake it from its dark cage. Most days, your rage lies dormant, undisturbed by the minor triggers that beckon it. Yet, every now and then, you feel it stir. You sense it pacing inside, restless and eager to be released.

Your inner rage is powerful. When directed with discipline and focus, it has fueled you in extraordinary ways—pushing you through challenges, breaking past limits, and igniting efforts that have built you up. But when you have let it go without restraint, it has destroyed everything in its path, leaving behind nothing but regret.

You must be in complete control. Unchecked, your rage is like a wildfire: destructive, consuming, and indiscriminate. Your controlled rage—focused and contained—becomes a laser, cutting through obstacles with precision and purpose.

Be the master of your rage, not its servant. Keep it leashed, keep it focused.

“He who angers you conquers you.” – Epictetus
