Gratitude
I am grateful for everything—people, experiences, and circumstances. I express my gratitude freely because it transforms my perspective, helping me see everything in its proper place. It’s impossible to feel misery and gratitude at the same time, so I choose gratitude as a shield against entitlement. Gratitude connects me to positive patterns that propel me forward, reminding me of the miracle of my existence in this moment.
Expressing gratitude not only shows my appreciation but also amplifies its value, nurturing and expanding the good things in my life. I focus on building up, not tearing down, the blessings that surround me. Gratitude deepens my relationships and brings meaning to the experiences that shape my life.
I am grateful.
"Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues but the parent of all the others." — Cicero
