CONNECT
Why do you seek connection—connection to yourself, to your body, to your past, to others, to the earth, to God? Were you born with it? Was it hardwired into your DNA?
Are we preprogrammed from birth to seek connection, or is it something we learn as we navigate life’s complexities? Humans have thrived in community, friendship, marriage, and teams, suggesting that connection may be part of a divine design—an inherent aspect of what it means to be human.
What about the moments when you feel compelled to withdraw into solitude? Is this an instinctive healing response, or is it another form of connection—a reconnection with yourself?
There seems to be a universal law embedded in the human experience: nobody thrives in isolation for long. Even when you crave solitude, it is not to disconnect indefinitely but to reconnect with your inner world so you can return to the external world more aligned and grounded.
Connection isn’t just a desire; it’s a need.
