Beyond Words

“Love is an endless mystery, for it has nothing else to explain it.”
— Rabindranath Tagore

Some emotions should remain beyond the constraints of words; love, especially, if confined to words, becomes something less than the mystery and enchantment it truly embodies. If someone could list all the reasons why they loved you, it might be flattering, but it would also be limiting. If love can be cataloged, it can be outdone or replaced. If you love someone for the color of her eyes, her voice, or the shape of her lower back, it stands to reason that someone with prettier eyes, a more alluring voice, or a better physique could replace her.

Love must reach deeper. It must be irrational and indescribable, extending beyond mere physical traits or surface-level attributes. It is in its unspoken, indefinable nature that love finds its power and security.
